Motor Trend Channel have made another awesome comparison. This time they pitted the 2017 Shelby GT350R Mustang against the 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1.

The legendary muscle-car rivalry between the Ford Mustang and Chevrolet Camaro has raged for 50 years and shows no sign of abating as both manufacturers have unveiled their hottest versions so far.
The 2017 Ford Shelby GT350R Mustang comes powered by the naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V-8 that cranks out 526 horsepowers at 7,500 rpm, while also delivering 429 lb-ft of torque at 4,750 rpm to the rear wheels. On the other hand the Camaro’s 6.2-liter supercharged V-8 produces a mighty 650 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque—which is over 200 more lb-ft of twisting force than the naturally aspirated Voodoo motor can manage.
